Many customers prefer the option of having a single contractor provide construction management services, including the construction and maintenance of roads on the property. HME’s unique capabilities include more than a decade of construction management with experience in high security areas.
We are a “small business” large enough to handle the big jobs. The project below involved paving a mile of road, the relocation of 3,000 feet of water lines, and the construction of a 150 x 300 foot “grave house” on the Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge Reservation.
